Justice

For this typography project, I decided to create a poster for the word Justice. I was inspired by popularized longstanding battle between good and evil between Batman and the Joker. The word “justice” is created using the illusion of caution tape, which I feel helps set the tone of the piece. I chose to create the visuals of each characters via layered type done in both colours and forms that fit the respective hero/villain. The mirrored layout I feel is what pulls the whole piece together, as it plays like a card (in relation to Joker) but also gives a Ying and Yang vibe between Batman and Joker.
